Who we are

Archaeonest is stationed in Jerusalem (City of David). This site also hosts a private crew desk for authorized field archaeologists and partners. We collect only what a project message, filing, or order needs.

Data we collect

We collect only what a filing, order, or support ticket needs:

• Identity and contact data you submit (name, email, phone, crew ID where a form asks for one, and project details you type).
• Government identifiers and identity documents you upload on crew filings (for example a tax number, national ID, passport number, or photo ID).
• Payment proof you send on a crew filing (wire references, transaction hashes, or gift-card details matching methods the administrator posted).
• Support tickets, guest session details, and crew sign-in session data.

How we use it

We use this data to answer project inquiries, process field requests, match a crew ID to a crew record, confirm payments on the private desk, email status and receipts, prevent fraud, and meet record-keeping duties.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use filings to market unrelated products. Status is sent only to the email on the request.

Sharing

We share data with payment rails you choose, email delivery providers, and authorities when the law requires it. Identity files are not published on the public site. Administrators see packets in the secure back office to review payment and completeness.

Retention

We keep application, order, and identity records for as long as needed to complete the request and as required by financial-crime or tax rules, then delete or restrict them.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, or export personal data through Contact. Some records cannot be erased while we are legally required to keep them. Do not send crew IDs or ID copies over public social channels.
