Excavation trench used for crew identification
Lookup

Track a crew file or a packet

A unique crew ID opens the public archaeologist file. A filing ID plus the email on that request opens the packet. This is not a login. Status is never shown from a name alone.

Crew file = unique ID on the archaeologist’s record. Packet = leave, closeout, posting, kit, card, or flight ID from the confirmation email.

Two letters, then letters and numbers. Hyphens optional. Example AN-7K2M9Q.

  1. 1

    Unique ID

Use the crew ID on the archaeologist’s file. Letters and numbers only — not a name and not a filing reference.

  2. 2

    Read the public file

A valid ID loads name, role, current posting, seasons, leave on file, and citations so you can confirm the right person.

  3. 3

    Then file or sign in

Lookup is not a login. Sign in with this ID to open the workspace, or apply for a service (leave, posting, kits, and the rest) against this file.
