Last updated September 22, 2026. Policy for Archaeonest.
By using Archaeonest you agree to these terms. The public pages describe a cultural resources practice: survey, evaluation, data recovery, monitoring, conservation, collections, and reporting.
A separate private desk on this site is for authorized crews and partners. Filing a packet or paying a desk fee does not grant site leave, close a season, or approve a posting. Administrators process crew requests after payment is confirmed. Paying a fee does not guarantee approval.
Anyone may write through Contact about a project. Crew members use a crew ID and password issued for the private desk. Project partners may file as a guest without signing the crew member out. You must not impersonate a field archaeologist or submit another person’s identity documents without authority.
Project inquiries on Contact are not paid filings. A written scope, license, and agreement govern fieldwork. Nothing on Archaeonest is a substitute for a permit office, the Israel Antiquities Authority, or a university HR system.
Site leave, expedition closeout, and new postings use the posted filing fee. Artifact placement uses the catalog amount for that object ($500–$5,000,000). Field kits and research cards use the catalog price. Amounts are shown before you submit.
Payments are reviewed by staff. They are not instant card charges. Use only the wire, crypto, or gift-card details shown on your request. Do not send funds to any other address or account.
Nothing on Archaeonest is legal, tax, or heritage-law advice. Administrators process the packets you file here after payment is confirmed.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Archaeonest is not liable for denied filings, delayed payments, or third-party payment-rail outages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid us for the affected request in the three months before a claim.
We may update these terms. Continued use after the update date means you accept the new terms.
